TRAINS The Yoga Studio is located 1min from the Met Quarter  on Mathew Street, in the city centre. It is a a few minutes walk from Moorfields, Central and also James Street Station and about 7 mins walk from Lime Street Station.

BUSES The yoga Studio is a few minutes walk from Queen Square Bus Station and also the new Paradise Street Bus Station along the L1 pedestrianised walkway.

PARKING The nearest parking is at  the Pay and Display areas situated on Victoria Street directly at the end Mathew Street or on  Stanley Street or Sir Thomas Street.
These spaces are free after 6pm and empty out after 5.00 pm which is just in time to pop half an hour in the meter for the 5.45pm classes or free for the 6.30pm class.
There are many car parks to choose from - the nearest is Victoria Street Car park or Queens Square or at the  L1 shopping centre.
